FLOWER ART SHOWCASE AWARD 2020

 

幼少より茶華道、美術短大ではテキスタイルを専攻。
現在はフラワーインストラクターとして活動。
第16 回フロールエバーウェブコンテスト奨励賞、
第3 回お供え花コンテスト最優秀賞など受賞多数。
Thanks to my mother, I was able to be familiar with the way of tea and flower arrangement from an early age. Textile design, which I majored in art college , expanded my range of expression.
Currently , I am working as a flower designing instructor.
I have received numerous awards, including the Grand Prize in the 3rd Offering Flower Contest and the Encouragement Prize in the 16th Florever Web Contest.

 

世界中が新型コロナの影響を受け、不安を抱えている方が大勢みえると思います。
私もその一人ですが、ステイホーム期間中、１つワクワクしたことがありました。
それは“世界にはなんて沢山の種類の花があるんだろう”と改めて気づいたことです。
今更？
という声が聞こえてきそうですが、今更です。
改めて本を開き、ネットを見、古い雑誌を探し、まるで花の宝探しと世界旅行のよう！
そしていつのまにか、この花で、このグリーンでアレンジを、花束をと夢も広がっていきました。いつか訪れて見たい国も沢山できました。そう、貴方の国かもしれませんね！
People all around the world are now suffering and worried about the influence of the Coronavirus. I am no exception. However , there was one thing that I found exciting during the stay home period.
It made me realize once again that this world is full of so many kinds of flowers which far exceeds my imagination.
Well , isn’t that obvious ? You might think. But yes. It made me feel like I have rediscovered the beauty and excitement.
So, I opened the books again, searched around the internet, went through my old magazines and as I do so, I felt as if I were doing a flower treasure hunting around the world.
And before I knew, my dream of making arrangements and bouquets with these flowers and greens has grown widely. Another dream of visiting various countries has grown too, and yes, my next visit might be your country.

日々の暮らしのささやかなこと。
垣根越しでするご近所さんとの花談義。
たくさん咲いた花は皆さんにおすそ分け。
時にはいただくことも。花を通してのコミュニケーション。そう、母がしていたこと。
「楽しみだわ！」　花を育てている時の母の口癖。時々遠くを見るような眼差しは、その花の少し先を想像して？
母のおかげで家にはいつも花があった。ドキドキするようなステキな花もあったけど、季節の訪れを知らせてくれる小さな花や、手折りして遊べる木や草花達が。
今も記憶に残るささやかだけど色鮮やかな日常。母が私に残してくれた花の記憶の積み重ね。
私の大切な宝物。
The power of flowers is a little bit of everyday life.
To enjoy talking with your neighbors over the bushes.
Sharing happiness by sharing beautifully bloomed flowers from my garden. Sometimes my friends will come to share their happiness.
A wonderful communication through flowers.
Yes, this was exactly how my mother was enjoying her life.
“Oh, l can’t wait for this to bloom!”
This was what she always said when she was taking care of her garden, and she gives a gaze ,which seems to be looking at something that is still far away. I wonder if she was looking into the future and imagine the beautifully bloomed flower.
My mother always kept flowers at home.
There were lovely flowers that were exciting, there were small flowers which tell you the arrival of the season, and I also liked the flowers and greens which you can play with it.
Small, but colorful and exciting days.
This is a memory that I always have in my mind.
My best memories of life with flowers that my mother left me.
My precious treasure.
